Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange of items
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange of item.
We do not take any responsibility if you order the wrong size or colour. We only exchange items that are defective subject to visual inspection on return.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you need to exchange an item, send an email to email@example.com before posting it to us. Please advise your concern and what you would like to do ie: exchange for same item or another item of same or greater value.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Most of these are in other countries and it is best to work with us first.
To complete your exchange, we require proof of purchase – your order number from the order acknowledgment email should suffice.
CBS does not offer refunds. CBS only offers exchange for defective items for same or greater value. We do not offer an exchange of item if you have chosen the wrong item. Exchanges are only granted on defective items due to manufacture defect and only after CBS visual inspection.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
